Fusion Cafe is a family owned business and is not part of any franchise or group. Petrus, Estelle and Petri Hendriksz are honoured to have you as our guests.

True to the meaning of the word FUSION (blending of different styles and tastes) there is no specific style to our cuisine other than exceptional taste, quality and presentation. Petri uses his inspiration, initiative and flair to create meals that are truly unique. The combination of different tastes, flavours, colour and presentation ensures that you will have a memorable experience at Fusion.

Following our success here on the piazza, we have now expanded and opened a second restuarant called EAT. Located in the Hemel and Aarde Village, EAT offers lunch and dinner in a very relaxed atmosphere with a gentle hint of the Far East.
